Job Title: Manufacturing Specialist
In this role, you will ensure the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing processes. Utilizing your knowledge of machinery, fabrication methods, and production assembly, you will contribute to the overall success of our operation.
Responsibilities and Duties
Oversee daily production activities and ensure compliance with internal and industry standards.
Identify and troubleshoot process, material, or equipment problems to reduce downtime and reduce scrap/utilization.
Implement quality control measures to ensure the production release of top-tier products.
Train, supervise, and manage production line workers, increasing operational productivity.
Create, review, and maintain production documentation, including engineering change notices, shop orders, and bills of materials.
Qualifications and Skills
A degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Manufacturing Specialist.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Thorough knowledge of manufacturing and industry standards.
Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
Excellent project management abilities.
Additional Requirements
You must be able to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet all deadlines. Physical stamina and strength could be necessary for some positions. Occasional travel to other manufacturing sites may be required.
