Improving manufacturing process performance by increasing productivity, eliminating waste, reducing delay time, and giving the best output.
Developing and optimizing automated manufacturing processes to bring new products to market and enhance existing products.
Assisting with any technical issues that arise within our production line, and troubleshooting as needed.
Designing necessary machines, implementing the use of robotics, and automating the manufacturing process.
A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
Demonstrable experience in manufacturing automation.
Excellent technical and practical competence relating to automation and mechanical engineering.
Strong project management abilities.
A creative mindset is necessary for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
At least 2 years of experience in an automation role within the manufacturing industry is essential, as is experience with project management and staff supervision. Knowledge of key manufacturing processes, health & safety measures, and relevant engineering software is also required.
