Installing and configuring hardware and software components.
Identifying and resolving technical issues; and system repairs.
Maintaining our organization's networks and servers.
Optimizing and ensuring the smooth performance of systems.
Conducting regular backups and safeguarding data.
A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Familiarity with different operating systems; Windows, Linux, etc.
Attention to detail coupled with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
At least 2 years of working experience as an IT Technician or a similar role.
CompTIA+, Microsoft, Cisco, Linux, or other IT certifications would be a plus, but not mandatory.
