Job Title: Information Technology Technician

Responsibilities and Duties

• Installing and configuring hardware and software components.

• Identifying and resolving technical issues; and system repairs.

• Maintaining our organization's networks and servers.

• Optimizing and ensuring the smooth performance of systems.

• Conducting regular backups and safeguarding data.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

• A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• Familiarity with different operating systems; Windows, Linux, etc.

• Attention to detail coupled with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Necessary Experience

At least 2 years of working experience as an IT Technician or a similar role.

Additional requirements

CompTIA+, Microsoft, Cisco, Linux, or other IT certifications would be a plus, but not mandatory.
