CONFLICT RESOLUTION AGREEMENT

Background

Conflict Resolution Process

Initiation of Resolution

Upon receiving the notification, both parties shall make a good-faith effort to resolve the conflict through mediation. They shall mutually select a qualified mediator, or if an agreement cannot be reached, agree to use a professional mediator provided by [Mediation Service/Company].
