Job Title: Employee Relations Specialist

Job Summary: The Employee Relations Specialist will manage and resolve employee issues, enhance workplace culture, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator between employees and management to resolve workplace conflicts, ensuring fair and unbiased outcomes.
