Job Title: Caregiver
Position Overview
This individual will be responsible for ensuring our clients' safety, well-being, and comfort while fostering a positive and respectful environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide companionship to clients and engage them in meaningful conversation and activities.
Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Carry out household tasks including laundry, light housekeeping, and shopping.
Monitor the client’s health condition, report changes, and maintain a detailed record of services provided.
Administer medication as prescribed by the healthcare provider and ensure clients are taking all prescribed medications and treatments.
Coordinate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
Arrange transportation for clients to appointments or outings.
Ensure the safety of the clients by implementing safety measures in the home setting.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in caregiving with references.
First aid and CPR certification.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
