Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The following KPIs have been identified as essential for the success of Employees in their roles:

Target: Achieve a 15% increase in sales revenue compared to the previous quarter.
KPI 2: Customer Satisfaction

Measurement Metric: Customer satisfaction score (CSAT).
Target: Maintain a CSAT score of 90% or higher.
KPI 3: Project Completion Time

Performance Targets

Reporting and Evaluation
Regular performance reviews will be conducted to assess progress towards KPIs. Reviews will take place on a quarterly basis, starting on August 12, 2066. The evaluation will include:

Rewards and Consequences

Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep the details of this Agreement confidential.
Termination
This Agreement is effective until superseded by a new Agreement. It may be terminated by either party with written notice if the terms and objectives are not met or if circumstances warrant a change in KPIs.
