Job Summary/Objective:

The Vice President of Business Operations will play a pivotal role in the strategic direction of our business landscape. They will lead operations efficiently, spearhead innovative projects, and oversee the financial goals. This position as the right hand of the CEO will be crucial in transforming strategy into actionable and measurable results.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures across various departments.

• Oversee day-to-day operations and report to the CEO on all matters of importance.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, an MBA or related advanced degree is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of executive experience is expected, preferably in a high-growth organization. Proven experience in strategic planning and business development is a must. Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance, etc. is a plus.
