Job Summary: The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a high standard of service, and managing team performance. This role involves a mix of administrative, leadership, and customer service duties aimed at achieving team and organizational goals. The Assistant Manager also plays a key role in maintaining productivity, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Assist the Manager in planning, directing, and coordinating operational activities

Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
Monitor and maintain quality standards across all operations
Assist with scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks as needed

Support inventory management, including ordering, tracking, and organization
Ensure all team members understand and follow safety and company policies.
Contribute to regular staff meetings and help implement strategic decisions
Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Business preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years as a supervisor or team leader, preferably in the same industry.
