Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required

  • Five (5) or more years of experience in electrical construction management

  • Hold a valid Electrical Engineering license

  • Proven track record of successfully completed projects

  • Understanding and knowledge of electrical installation, maintenance and repair methods, and the types and uses of materials used

Skills and Competencies:

  • Outstanding leadership and team management abilities.

  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; for liaising with clients and team members.

  • Proficiency in using project management software and technology for effective project execution and reporting.

  • A keen eye for detail; to inspect workmanship and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
