Termination
The Company values the collaborative partnership with each employee and understands that professional relationships may evolve over time. The following provisions delineate the terms and conditions governing the termination of this agreement to ensure transparency, fairness, and mutual respect:

Voluntary Termination by Employee: Should the Employee wish to conclude their tenure at the Company, they are required to provide a thirty (30) day written notice. This duration aids in ensuring a smooth transition, wherein the Employee will assist in handing over their responsibilities and completing any outstanding tasks.

If the Employee exhibits behaviors or actions detrimental to the company, including but not limited to misconduct, violation of company policies, or failure to meet performance standards, the Company reserves the right to terminate the employment immediately, without notice. In such cases, the Employee will be compensated up to the last day of work.

In situations where organizational changes or other business-driven decisions necessitate termination without cause, the Employee will be provided with a thirty (30) day written notice or pay in lieu of notice.
