This position seeks an energetic and dedicated Food Service Counter Attendant plugged into the significance of customer service. Your role is serving food while providing a top-notch customer experience. Your role is critical in ensuring our customers return again and again.
Serve customers with a friendly attitude and provide detailed information about our offerings.
Prepare food and beverages according to safety procedures and guidelines.
Keep the counter and dining area clean, sanitized, and well-stocked.
Handle cash and operate the cash register, processing credit or debit cards and providing customers with receipts.
Work closely with the kitchen staff and management to ensure product quality and prompt service.
An ideal Food Service Counter Attendant will have at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a food service setting. High school diploma or equivalent. The ability to stand for an extended period and lift 50 pounds is a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Capable of handling cash and making transactions accurately.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
Basic food safety knowledge and follow hygiene procedures.
