Job Title: Food Service District Manager

As our Food Service District Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the operations of several food and beverage establishments in a specified area. Your mission is to ensure the delivery of high-quality food and beverage services, meet budget objectives, guarantee complete customer satisfaction, and maintain compliance with food safety laws and regulations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Ensure the compliance of all units with food safety standards and company policies

  • Monitor and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of food service system

  • Supervise the recruitment, training, performance, and welfare of staff across the district

  • Create and implement plans to improve business performance and increase profits

  • Address customer needs, resolve complaints, and foster a top-quality customer service culture

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or any related field

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within a large-scale food service environment

  • Proven track record in people management and achieving financial targets

  • Valid food safety training certificate
