As our Food Service District Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the operations of several food and beverage establishments in a specified area. Your mission is to ensure the delivery of high-quality food and beverage services, meet budget objectives, guarantee complete customer satisfaction, and maintain compliance with food safety laws and regulations.
Ensure the compliance of all units with food safety standards and company policies
Monitor and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of food service system
Supervise the recruitment, training, performance, and welfare of staff across the district
Create and implement plans to improve business performance and increase profits
Address customer needs, resolve complaints, and foster a top-quality customer service culture
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or any related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within a large-scale food service environment
Proven track record in people management and achieving financial targets
Valid food safety training certificate
Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
Proficient in budget preparation, analysis, decision-making and problem-solving
Outstanding customer service skills
Effective, confident communicator and negotiator
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
