Job Title: Data Analyst
In this position, you will be responsible for transforming data into a format that can be easily analyzed. You will work closely with various heads of operations to understand their needs, plan the project, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and finally, turn the raw data into knowledge.
Responsibilities and Duties

Collect, interpret, and analyze data from various sources.

Cooperate with the IT department to deploy software and hardware upgrades that make it possible for us to leverage big data use cases.

Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations.

Identify trends, patterns, and narratives within the data.

Work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders to identify and meet data needs.
Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, or relevant field.

Demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst or in a similarly quantitative role.

Strong skills in algorithms and programming, particularly with tools such as SQL, Python, or R.

Experience with data frameworks (e.g. Hadoop).

Ability to analyze large datasets and write comprehensive reports.

Problem-solving aptitude.

Great attention to detail.
