4. Data Security

5. Data Retention
Employee's biometric data will be retained for the duration of their employment with the Company. Upon termination of employment or upon Employee's request, the Company will securely delete or destroy all biometric data within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Disclosure
The Company will not disclose Employee's biometric data to any third party without Employee's explicit consent, except as required by law.
7. Employee Rights
