To All Employees:
This notice serves to inform all employees of their rights under various federal and state labor laws. It is essential that you are aware of these rights to ensure a fair and compliant workplace. This notice summarizes key provisions and is not intended to be exhaustive. If you have questions or need further information about your rights, please contact the Human Resources Department.
1. MINIMUM WAGE AND OVERTIME PAY
You have the right to receive at least the federal or state minimum wage, whichever is higher. Overtime pay, typically 1.5 times your regular rate of pay, must be provided for hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek.
2. EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY (EEO)

4. OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ADMINISTRATION (OSHA)
You have the right to work in a safe and healthy environment. Report safety concerns to your supervisor or HR immediately. You may request an inspection by OSHA if you believe workplace conditions are hazardous.
5. FAIR LABOR STANDARDS ACT (FLSA)
Ensure accurate timekeeping and classification of your employment status as exempt or non-exempt. Non-exempt employees are entitled to overtime pay. Report any discrepancies to HR.
6. EMPLOYEE POLYGRAPH PROTECTION ACT
Your employer may not require you to take a lie detector test for most positions. If asked, please contact HR for guidance.
7. NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS ACT (NLRA)
You have the right to engage in concerted activities for collective bargaining and other mutual aid or protection without fear of retaliation.
8. WORKERS' COMPENSATION
You are entitled to workers' compensation benefits for work-related injuries or illnesses. Report all workplace injuries to your supervisor and HR promptly.
9. UNIFORMED SERVICES EMPLOYMENT AND REEMPLOYMENT RIGHTS ACT (USERRA)
Employees serving in the military have certain reemployment rights upon return to work. Notify HR before deployment or upon return for assistance with reemployment.
10. ADDITIONAL STATE AND LOCAL LAWS
In addition to federal laws, state and local laws may apply to your employment. Be aware of and comply with any additional requirements relevant to your location and industry.
