1. Introduction
1.1 Title:
This document shall be known as the Employee Contract, from now on referred to as the "Contract".
1.2 Parties: [Your Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Employer", and [Employee's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Employee".

Any intellectual property created by the Employee during employment shall be owned exclusively by the Employer.
5. Termination and Severance
5.1 Conditions
Employment may be terminated by either party with or without cause, and with or without notice, subject to the terms of this agreement.
5.2 Notice

5.3 Severance

6. Code of Conduct and Policies
6.1 Compliance

6.3 Conflict of Interest
The Employee shall disclose any conflicts of interest that may arise in the course of their employment.
7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration following the rules of [Arbitration Association].

8. Miscellaneous
