This Catering Contract (“Contract”) is made and entered into this [Date], (the "Effective Date"), by and between [CLIENT'S NAME], a company organized under the laws of [State] having its main business office at [CLIENT'S ADDRESS] (“Client”), and [YOUR COMPANY NAME], a business organized under the laws of [State] and located at [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS] (“Provider”).
1. EVENT DETAILS
1.1 Date and Time
The Provider agrees to provide catering services at the [Type of Event], scheduled to take place on September 20th, 2050, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
1.2 Location
The event will be held at the Client’s designated venue located at [Location].
2. Services Provided
The Provider will be responsible for catering services, including the provision of food and beverages, as well as necessary staff and equipment, to ensure the successful execution of the event.
2.1 Menu
Provider is to supply Client with various menu options that include but are not limited to: appetizers, main dishes, desserts, and beverages. The final menu is to be agreed upon no later than [Date].
2.2 Serving staff
Provider will supply necessary professional serving staff for reception, food service, and bartending as required.
2.3 Setup/Cleanup
Provider will be responsible for the complete setup and clean-up of all catering equipment and wares. This includes the cleaning up of the food service area.
2.4 Additional Services
Additional services to be provided by the Provider include:

Beverage Services: Providing comprehensive beverage options, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, along with professional bartending services.

Specialized Cuisine Options: Offering a variety of cuisine options, such as international, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other specialized dietary preferences.

Catering Equipment Rental: Providing necessary equipment, such as tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware, and serving utensils, to facilitate a complete catering experience.

Budget-Friendly Packages: Providing various catering packages to accommodate different budget ranges while maintaining high-quality food and service.
3. Client Responsibilities

The client will provide access to the event venue at least [time frame] before the event for setup.

The client will ensure that the venue has adequate facilities for catering services, including access to water and electricity.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Total Cost
The total cost of the catering services provided by the Provider for the [Type of Event] shall be [Total Cost].
4.2 Deposit
To secure the catering services, the Client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit of [Deposit Amount] upon signing this contract.
4.3 Payment Schedule

5. Liability and Insurance

6. Force Majeure

7. TERMINATION
In case of termination, a written notice should be provided at least 6 days Notice in advance. In the event of termination, any payments made before termination shall be non-refundable.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Contract shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [State].
