Event Contract
This Event Contract (“Contract”) was made on [DATE], between [YOUR NAME], a professional event planning organization located at [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS], ("Event Planner"), and [CLIENT'S NAME], a private individual, residing at [CLIENT'S COMPANY ADDRESS] (the "Client").
1. SERVICES
The Event Planner agrees to provide services for the Client’s event as outlined in Exhibit A, attached hereto (the "Event"). The Event Planner will have the responsibility of coordinating the event as agreed upon and providing all services throughout the agreed duration of the Event, as stated in Exhibit A.
2. EVENT DETAILS
The Event is described as a 60th birthday celebration for the mother of the Client, which will take place at the [YOUR COMPANY NAME] on [EVENT'S DATE], from [EVENT'S STARTED TIME] to [EVENT'S ENDED TIME].
3. RESPONSIBILITIES OF EVENT PLANNER
The Event Planner shall be responsible for arranging the necessary services for the Event as discussed and approved by the Client in advance, including but not limited to venue booking, catering, decor, entertainment, transportation, and any other necessary preparations.
4. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLIENT
The Client is responsible for making timely payments as outlined below and providing all requested information and materials to the Event Planner promptly to aid in the planning and preparation of the Event. The client shall also cooperate fully with the Event Planner's reasonable requests necessary for the execution of the services under this contract.
4.1 Timely Payments:

The Client is obligated to make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule specified within the contract.
4.2 Provision of Information and Materials:

The Client agrees to furnish all necessary information and materials requested by the Event Planner promptly to facilitate the planning and preparation of the Event.
4.3 Cooperation with Requests:

The Client commits to cooperating fully with any reasonable requests made by the Event Planner, essential for the successful execution of the services outlined in this contract.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
The Client agrees to follow the payment schedule provided by the Event Planner. The initial payment of 50% of the total quoted amount for the Event is due on receipt of the invoice. The balance payment is due on or before [DATE]. Any additional services beyond the agreed-upon scope of work as described in Exhibit A and any additional costs, such as expenses for services enlisted by the Event Planner on behalf of the Client, will be billed separately and payable within 3 days of receipt of invoice.
5.1 Initial Payment:
The Client shall submit an initial payment amounting to 50% of the total quoted amount upon receipt of the invoice to initiate the planning process for the Event.
5.2 Balance Payment:
The remaining balance of the total quoted amount is due on or before the specified date [DATE], as outlined in the contract.
5.3 Additional Services and Costs:
Any services beyond the agreed-upon scope described in Exhibit A or additional costs incurred by the Event Planner on behalf of the Client shall be billed separately. The Client agrees to settle such invoices within 3 days of receipt.
6. AMENDMENTS
This Contract may only be changed, modified, or amended in writing and signed by both the Event Planner and the Client.

Any changes, modifications, or amendments to this Contract must be made in writing.

Both parties, namely the Event Planner and the Client, must sign any written amendments for them to be considered valid.

Verbal agreements or understandings shall not constitute valid amendments to this Contract.

The date of the amendment shall be noted, along with the signatures of both parties, to signify agreement and acceptance of the changes.

Failure to adhere to the provisions of this Amendments Clause may result in the amendment being deemed null and void.
7. GOVERNING LAW
7.1 Jurisdiction:
Any disputes arising from this contract shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the jurisdiction agreed upon by both parties.
7.2 Applicable Law:
All aspects of this contract, including its interpretation and enforcement, shall be governed by the laws mutually agreed upon by both parties.
7.3 Compliance:
Both parties agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the execution and performance of this contract.
