MANUFACTURING AND SUPPLY AGREEMENT

This Manufacturing and Supply Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of 15th Day of January, 2055 (the "Effective Date") between Patricia B. Lybarger, residing at [Your Company Address] (the “Representative”) and Charlotte L. Anderson, with a principal place of business at 2875 Holden Street,
Metropolis, IL 62960 (the “Manufacturer”).

1: DEFINITIONS

The following list defines key terms used in this Agreement: "Product" means TechFit Innovations Inc. generated by the Representative and manufactured by the Manufacturer under this Agreement.

2: OBLIGATIONS OF THE MANUFACTURER

The Manufacturer shall diligently manufacture the Product in accordance with the Representative’s specifications. The Manufacturer agrees to allocate sufficient resources and capabilities to fulfill her obligations under this Agreement.

3: OBLIGATIONS OF THE REPRESENTATIVE

The Representative shall disclose all necessary information regarding the Product and shall provide timely feedback and approval for each manufacturing stage.

4: QUALITY ASSURANCE AND CONTROL

The Manufacturer shall implement rigorous quality assurance and control processes to ensure that the Product meets the Representative’s specified quality standards and requirements.

5: PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS

The payment for the Product manufacturing services shall be as per the agreed price by $300 by 20th Day of January, 2055.

6: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights related to the Product shall remain vested in the Representative. The Manufacturer shall not have any claim over such rights without written consent from the Representative.

7: CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to ensure the confidentiality of all shared information, prototypes, and any other material that has been exchanged during the collaboration.

SECTION 8: TERM AND TERMINATION

This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until

March 10, 2055 unless terminated earlier by either Party with written notice.

SECTION 9: GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of United States.
