3. Services Provided

4. Payment Terms

The total fee for the DJ's services is $1500, payable as follows:

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due upon signing this contract to secure the DJ's services for the event.
Balance: The remaining balance of $1000 shall be paid in full no later than July 1, 2050, before the event date.

Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account provided by the DJ. Failure to adhere to the payment terms may result in the cancellation of services by the DJ.

5. Equipment and Setup

The DJ shall provide the following equipment:

Professional-grade DJ controller or turntables.
High-quality speakers and amplifiers.
Microphone (if required).

The client shall provide adequate space and power outlets for the DJ's setup.

6. Performance Requirements

The DJ shall arrive at the venue at least two hours before the start of the event for setup and sound check. The client shall ensure access to the venue is provided at this time.

During the performance, the DJ shall professionally conduct themselves and adhere to any venue regulations or guidelines provided by the client.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

In the event of cancellation by the client:

Cancellation 30 days or more before the event: 50% refund of the total fee (excluding deposit).
Cancellation less than 30 days before the event: No refund shall be issued.

In the event of cancellation by the DJ due to unforeseen circumstances, the DJ shall make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement DJ of similar skill and style. If a replacement cannot be arranged, the DJ shall refund any payments made by the client in full.

8. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the DJ from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to the event.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [State/Country]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [State/Country].

10. Entire Agreement
