Sublease Contract
THIS SUBLEASE CONTRACT (the “Sublease”) is entered into this June 10, 2055, by and between [Your Name] an individual with an address at [Your Company Address] (“Sublessor”), and [Sublessee Name], an individual with an address at [Sublessee Address] (“Sublessee”).
I. PREMISES
Sublessor rents to Sublessee and Sublessee rents from Sublessor, the premises located at [Premises Address], (the "Premises"). The Initial Term of this Sublease will begin on June 20, 2055, and will end on July 10, 2056.
II. RENT
Sublessee shall pay to Sublessor as rent for the Premises the total sum of $300. Payments are due on June 15, 2055, of each calendar month.
III. SECURITY DEPOSIT
Upon execution of this Sublease, the Sublessee will deposit with the Sublessor the sum of $1000(the "Security Deposit").
IV. USE OF PREMISES
The Premises will be used for residential purposes only.
V. REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE
Sublessee will keep the Premises in clean, sanitary, and good condition.
VI. INSURANCE
Sublessee will maintain a policy of comprehensive liability insurance protecting against any liability arising out of occupancy of the Premises.
VII. DEFAULT
If Sublessee fails to comply with any of the material provisions of this Sublease, or of any present rules and regulations, Sublessor may terminate this Sublease upon providing proper notice to Sublessee.
VIII. TERMINATION
Upon termination of this Sublease, Sublessee will return the Premises and all property of Sublessor in a clean and orderly condition.
IX. GOVERNING LAW
This Sublease will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas.
