2. Specific Shots and Requests
The Client requests the following specific shots and/or poses, emphasizing the significance of capturing the essence and emotion of the event:

Couple's First Look: A candid capture of the moment the couple sees each other for the first time on the wedding day.

Family Heirlooms: Detailed shots of family heirlooms or special items incorporated into the day, such as a grandmother's necklace or a family photo displayed at the venue.

Vows Exchange: A focus on both the bride and groom's expressions during the vows, including a wide shot that encapsulates the setting.

Candid Laughter: Shots of the couple and guests laughing and enjoying the day, aiming for natural and unposed moments.

Golden Hour Portraits: A series of couple portraits taken during the golden hour for that warm, soft lighting effect.

Grand Exit: The moment the couple makes their grand exit from the venue, capturing the celebration and excitement of the send-off.
3. Deliverables
The Photographer agrees to deliver the following to the Client, ensuring the highest quality and satisfaction:

Number of Images: A minimum of 300 edited digital images. This selection will encompass a wide range of moments, from the intricate details of the day to the grand emotional highlights, ensuring a comprehensive storytelling of the event.

Albums: Two custom-designed albums will be provided: a 12x12 inch main album for the couple, containing up to 100 selected images, and a smaller 8x8 inch album for parents, featuring up to 50 images. These albums will be crafted using premium materials for durability and aesthetic appeal.

Digital Files: All edited images will be delivered as high-resolution digital files, suitable for printing and sharing. These files will be provided on a personalized USB drive in a beautifully presented case, as well as made available in a private online gallery. The online gallery will be hosted for 12 months, allowing easy access for the client and their families to view, share, and download images.

Delivery Timeline: All final images and the digital gallery will be delivered within 6 weeks after the event date. The physical albums and USB drives will be delivered within 12 weeks from the date the client selects their preferred images for inclusion in the albums.
4. Payment
To secure the photography services for this momentous occasion, the following payment terms are established:

Total Fee: The total fee for the photography services provided is now $6,800. This fee comprehensively covers the pre-event consultation, event day coverage, meticulous post-processing of images, the crafting and delivery of digital files and custom albums, along any additional services agreed upon.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $1,500 is required upon signing this contract. This deposit ensures your event date is exclusively booked in the Photographer's schedule and will be credited towards the final total fee.

Balance: The remaining balance of $5,300 is due 30 days before the event date. This advance settlement helps both parties to smoothly proceed with the final preparations for the event without any financial distractions.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation:

More than 60 days before the event, the client is responsible for the deposit amount only.

Within 60 to 30 days of the event, 50% of the total fee becomes due.

Less than 30 days before the event, the entire fee is due.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
To accommodate unforeseen changes, the following provisions are established:

Rescheduling: The Client is allowed a one-time rescheduling, subject to the Photographer's availability if notified at least 60 days before the original date. Rescheduling within this timeframe will not incur additional fees, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy:

More than 60 days before the event: Only the non-refundable deposit is retained.

Within 60 to 30 days: 50% of the total fee is due.

Less than 30 days: The full fee is payable.

Photographer’s Inability: If the Photographer cannot perform due to illness or emergency, efforts will be made to find a suitable replacement. Failing this, all payments, including the deposit, will be refunded.
6. Copyrights and Usage Rights

The Photographer retains the copyright of all images produced.

The Client is granted a personal use license to print and share the images.

Commercial use of the images is prohibited without the express written consent of the Photographer.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Photographer's liability for any claim, breach, or damage because of any failure to fulfill obligations is limited to repayment of fees paid by the Client.
