Maintenance Contract
MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
This Maintenance Contract "Contract" is entered into on April 1, 2050, by and between [Your Name], with its principal place of business located at [Your Company Address] "Service Provider", and [Client's Name], with its principal place of business located at [Client's Address] "Client".
WHEREAS, the Service Provider is engaged in the business of providing landscaping maintenance services; and

1. Scope of Services

2. Maintenance Schedule

3. Payment

4. Obligations of the Service Provider

5. Client Responsibilities

Requirements and Restrictions: The Client is responsible for informing the Service Provider of any specific needs or constraints associated with the properties, including but not limited to, water usage restrictions, preferred materials, or areas requiring special attention.

Payment: Timely payment for services rendered as per the agreed schedule is essential to maintain uninterrupted service.

Feedback: The Client is encouraged to provide feedback or concerns regarding the landscaping services promptly to allow for adjustments and improvements.
6. Term and Termination
