Social Media Manager Contract

This Social Media Manager Contract ("Contract") is entered into on [Date] ("Effective Date"), by and between [Client/Company Name], with a registered office at [Address] ("Client"), and [Social Media Manager's Name], residing at [Address] ("Social Media Manager").

I. Services

The Social Media Manager agrees to provide social media management services as outlined in Exhibit A attached hereto ("Services"). The Services may include but are not limited to content creation, scheduling posts, community engagement, analytics reporting, and other tasks related to social media management.

II. Compensation

In consideration for the Services provided, the Client agrees to pay the Social Media Manager a fee of [Insert Amount] per [Hour/Week/Month]. The Social Media Manager shall not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the Client's prior written consent.

VI. Indemnification

The Social Media Manager agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Client from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the Social Media Manager's performance of the Services under this Contract.

VII. Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].

VIII. Entire Agreement
