Any additional costs incurred due to changes requested by the Client shall be documented and approved by both parties in writing. The Client shall make payments promptly according to the agreed-upon schedule.
The Contractor shall use high-quality building materials for the renovation project, as specified in the project plans. A list of materials, including brands and specifications, is attached as Schedule B. The Contractor shall ensure that all materials used are suitable for the intended purpose and comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
The Client agrees to provide access to the Property during reasonable hours for the Contractor to perform the renovation work. The Contractor shall take reasonable measures to minimize disruption to the Client's daily activities.
The Contractor shall provide regular updates to the Client on the progress of the renovation project and promptly notify the Client of any issues or delays.
The Client acknowledges that any changes to the project scope or materials may result in additional costs and delays, and agrees to discuss any proposed changes with the Contractor before implementation.
The Contractor shall be responsible for the removal and disposal of any debris or waste generated during the renovation project, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
The Client shall pay the Contractor the total cost of the renovation project as outlined in Section 7. In addition to the project cost, the Client shall reimburse the Contractor for any reasonable expenses incurred in the performance of the renovation work, including but not limited to travel expenses, permit fees, and subcontractor fees.
