9. Other Relevant Details

  • The Contractor shall provide regular updates to the Client on the progress of the renovation project and promptly notify the Client of any issues or delays.

10. Compensation and Benefits

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information disclosed during the course of the renovation project, including but not limited to project plans, pricing information, and business practices. This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of this Contract.

12. Dispute Resolution
