1. Introduction

This Bid Contract ("Contract") is entered into by and between [Your Company Name], the Construction Company ("Company"), located at [Your Company Address], and [Bidder's Name], the Bidder ("Bidder"), located at [Bidder Address], collectively referred to as the "Parties."

2. Scope of Work

The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, the following:
