SEO CONTRACT
This Contract is made on [Effective Date], by and between, [Your Company Name] (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"), and [SEO Agency Name] (hereinafter referred to as the "Agency").
1. TERMS OF AGREEMENT
All rights and obligations of the parties to this agreement are to commence on the [Start Date] and will end on the [Ending Date]. This agreement may only be extended upon the mutual written agreement of both parties.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Agency shall perform a range of SEO services for the Client, which includes, but is not limited to, the optimization of the Client's website, improving search engine rankings, and driving organic traffic.
3. PERFORMANCE METRICS
The SEO campaign success will be measured using various metrics, including but not limited to organic traffic, keyword rankings, and bounce rates. The Agency shall submit monthly reports to the Client detailing the performance of the SEO services rendered.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
The Client agrees to pay the Agency a fee of [Payment Amount], payable on the [Payment Due Date]. The Agency will present an invoice to the Client every month. All invoices are due upon receipt.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to hold each other’s Confidential Information in strict confidence. "Confidential Information" refers to proprietary data and any information disclosed by either party during the term of this agreement that is not generally known by the public.
6. TERMINATION
This agreement may be terminated by either party on providing a [Number of Days] written notice, without any liability apart from the payment due for services rendered until the [Termination Date].
7. JURISDICTION
In the event of any dispute or disagreement that stems from this agreement, it shall be resolved by the laws of the country in which the jurisdiction lies, denoted as [Jurisdiction Country]. Moreover, the courts located within the state denoted as [Jurisdiction State] of said jurisdiction country will be in charge of conducting the necessary proceedings to address and resolve such disputes.

Furthermore, they not only demonstrate comprehension but also express a mutual agreement to adhere to these stipulated terms as laid out above in this agreement.
