ACTOR CONTRACT

This Agreement “Contract” is entered into this [Day] of [Month] in the year 2050, between [Your Company Name], a film production company duly registered under the laws of its jurisdiction having its principal place of business at [Your Company Address], here in after referred to as “Party A” and [Actor's Full Legal Name], currently residing at [Actor's Address] here in after referred to as "Party B."

I. ENGAGEMENT

[Party A] with this engages [Party B] to render services as an actor, and [Party B] as a result of this accepts such engagement, by the terms outlined in this Contract.

II. TERM AND WORK SCHEDULE

This Contract commences as of the above date and continues through [End Date], coinciding with the completion of the shooting schedule. The dates and times of work for Party B will be provided by Party A, according to the film shooting schedule.

  Party A shall provide Party B with a detailed schedule of dates and times for work, under the film shooting schedule. Party A to Party B shall communicate any changes to this schedule promptly.

III. COMPENSATION

Party A agrees to pay Party B a sum of [Total Sum], subject to deductions as required by law, as full consideration of all services rendered by Party B under this Contract. The payment schedule will be as follows: [Payment Schedule].

Party B grants Party A the exclusive right to use, reproduce, and distribute the artistic representation of Party B’s performance, likeness, voice, and other personal attributes as embodied in the film, in any media now known or to be invented for any purpose throughout the world.

V. CONFIDENTIALITY

Party B has made an agreement wherein they are accepting not to reveal or share any information that is deemed confidential and pertains to the film being produced or any aspect of Party A's business operations. This agreement to maintain confidentiality extends to prevent disclosure to any third-party entities. The only exception to this agreement would be in circumstances where such disclosure is mandated by law. Without such a legal requirement, any disclosure would require Party A's consent, provided in writing beforehand.

VI. INDEMNITY

Each Party, as per the terms and conditions outlined in this Contract, is bound and committed to taking responsibility by indemnifying and holding harmless the other Party. That is to say, the Party in question is obligated under the provisions of this Contract to compensate for any claims, losses, damages, costs, such as legal fees, and other expenses. All of these liabilities are deemed to be a direct result of a failure to meet, that is, a breach of the obligations and responsibilities stipulated within this Contract.

VII. GOVERNING LAW

This Contract shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of this Contract will be settled in the courts of [Jurisdiction].

VIII. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
