1. RENDERED SERVICES
The Service Provider has agreed to perform a series of cleaning roles for the property belonging to the Client. These chores encompass a range of tasks, including but not limited to; vacuuming the designated areas, dusting the specified zones, mopping the floors, and also cleaning the restrooms. 2. TERMS OF PAYMENT

4.2 Confidentiality Agreement:

4.2.3 Duration of Confidentiality: The obligation to maintain confidentiality persists indefinitely, irrespective of the contract's expiration, underscoring the enduring commitment to preserving the confidentiality of all sensitive data encountered during the provision of cleaning services.
4.2.4 Legal Compliance: The Service Provider acknowledges the legal implications of breaching confidentiality and commits to upholding all relevant laws and regulations regarding data protection and confidentiality, thereby ensuring compliance and accountability in safeguarding sensitive information.
5. INSURANCE

The Service Provider is accountable for providing, maintaining, and covering the financial expenses linked with any required insurance coverages that are essential and related to the provision of their services.

The Service Provider shall maintain comprehensive general liability insurance coverage, including coverage for bodily injury, property damage, and workers' compensation insurance for all employees engaged in providing cleaning services. The Service Provider will provide proof of insurance upon request by the Client.

The Service Provider shall be liable for any damages caused to the Client's property or third parties' property as a result of the negligence or misconduct of the Service Provider's employees during the provision of cleaning services. The Client shall promptly notify the Service Provider of any damages, and the Service Provider shall take necessary actions to rectify the situation promptly.
6. INDEMNIFICATION
The Service Provider will indemnify, defend, and protect the Client against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or resulting from services provided under this contract.
7. JURISDICTION
