GROUP CONTRACT

2. Objectives of the Collaboration
The primary objective of this collaboration is to create a vibrant and sustainable platform for artistic expression, enabling members to collaboratively produce, share, and monetize original music. This includes the pursuit of live performances, recordings, and digital distributions, ensuring that all creative outputs are managed in a manner that is fair, transparent, and equitable for all Members.
3. Membership

3.2 Joining and Leaving the Group

5. Revenue Sharing and Financial Arrangements
Revenues derived from the Group's activities, such as performances, sales, and licensing, will be distributed equally among all Members. All expenses incurred by the Group will be paid from the Group's revenue before any distribution is made.
6. Decision-Making and Conflict Resolution
Decisions affecting the Group shall be made by consensus where possible. In case of disputes, a mediation process will be followed.
7. Confidentiality
Members agree to maintain confidentiality of the Group's discussions, work in progress, and internal affairs.
8. Termination
This Contract may be terminated by mutual agreement of all Members or automatically upon the Group achieving its objectives, as stated in Section 2.
9. Amendments
This Contract may only be amended by written agreement of all Members.
