THIS AGREEMENT is made this [Insert Date], by and between [Your Company Name], located at [Your Company Address], with a company registration number [Your Company Number] (hereinafter "Employer"), and, [Employee's Full Name], residing at [Employee's Address] (hereinafter "Employee").

1. EMPLOYMENT

Employer hereby employs Employee and Employee accepts employment with Employer as a Marketing Coordinator, which entails coordinating social media campaigns, drafting promotional content, analyzing market trends, and assisting with marketing strategies, commencing on [Commencement Date] under the terms and conditions herein.

2. SALARY

Employee shall receive compensation at the annual rate of $50,000, disbursed in equal installments on the 15th and last day of each month, or the nearest business day if such dates coincide with a weekend or holiday, by the Employer's standard pay schedule.

3. WORKING HOURS

Employer's regular working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. including one hour for lunch. Employee agrees to work additional hours as required by Employer to fulfill the duties of Employee's position.

4. TERMS AND CONDITION

The ten minimum workplace entitlements under the National Employment Standards (NES) are:

  1. Maximum Weekly Hours:

    Full-time employees are entitled to work a maximum of 38 hours per week, plus reasonable additional hours. Part-time and casual employees are entitled to work less than full-time hours on a pro-rata basis.

  2. Requests for Flexible Working Arrangements:

    Eligible employees, including parents or carers of children under school age, employees with disabilities, and employees aged 55 or older, have the right to request flexible working arrangements, such as changes to hours, patterns of work, or locations of work.

  3. Parental Leave:

    Eligible employees, including both parents, have the right to parental leave and related entitlements, including unpaid leave, to care for a newborn or adopted child.

  4. Annual Leave:

    Full-time employees are entitled to four weeks of paid annual leave per year, accrued on a pro-rata basis for part-time employees. Some awards and agreements may provide for additional annual leave entitlements.

  5. Personal/Carer's Leave:

    Also known as sick leave, employees are entitled to ten days of paid personal/carer's leave per year, accrued on a pro-rata basis for part-time employees, as well as two days of unpaid carer's leave for each permissible occasion.

  6. Compassionate Leave:

    Employees are entitled to two days of paid compassionate leave for each permissible occasion, such as the death or serious illness of a family or household member.

  7. Community Service Leave:

    Employees are entitled to leave for certain community service activities, such as jury duty and voluntary emergency activities, with paid leave for jury duty and unpaid leave for other activities.

  8. Long Service Leave:

    Entitlements for long service leave vary depending on the state or territory, with most jurisdictions providing long service leave after a specified period of continuous service, typically ranging from seven to ten years.

  9. Public Holidays:

    Employees are entitled to paid leave on public holidays, with entitlements varying depending on the industry, award, or agreement.

  10. Notice of Termination and Redundancy Pay:

    Minimum notice periods for termination of employment and redundancy pay are provided under the NES, with the length of notice and redundancy pay based on the employee's length of service.

5. BENEFITS

An employee is eligible to avail of benefits as outlined in the comprehensive employee benefit plan established by the employer. These benefits may include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks specified within the plan. It is essential to acknowledge that the employer retains the right to modify the employee benefit plan without prior notification.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Employee acknowledges that all original materials, documents, data, and similar items, produced by Employee while contracted by Employer will remain the property of Employer. Employees will not carry out or replicate such materials, for competitive engagement.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

The employee is expressly prohibited from revealing or disseminating any sensitive, proprietary, or confidential information regarding the employer, during the time of this agreement or even beyond its duration. The employee is strictly forbidden from such an act unless they have procured prior consent in written form from the said employer.

8. TERMINATION

This Agreement possesses the potential to be terminated if either the first or the second party elects to do so. The party wishing to terminate the agreement must provide a written notice to the other party, which must be given within 30 Days from the time the decision to terminate the agreement is made.

9. GOVERNING LAW

The stipulations and conditions outlined within this Agreement shall be subject to review, interpretation, and enforcement based on the legal guidelines and principles established within the jurisdiction of [Insert Jurisdiction].
