GENERIC CONTRACT
This Generic Contract (the "Contract") is drawn up this [EFFECTIVE DATE] (the “Effective Date”), by and between, [YOUR COMPANY NAME] (the "Service provider"), situated at [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS] and [CLIENT'S NAME] (the "Client"), situated at [CLIENT'S ADDRESS]. Collectively, the entities involved are referred to as the "Parties," and individually as a "Party."
1. Definitions:
In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
1.1 Services
Shall mean the marketing services to be provided by [YOUR COMPANY NAME] to Johnson Enterprises, as further described in Exhibit A attached hereto.
1.2 Fee
Shall mean the compensation to be paid by Johnson Enterprises to [YOUR COMPANY NAME] for the Services, as specified in Section 4 herein.
1.3 Confidential Information
Shall mean any non-public information disclosed by one party to the other party in connection with this Agreement.
2. Scope of Agreement:

10. Counterparts:
This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which together shall constitute the same instrument.
