6. Responsibilities

Renter's Responsibilities:

  • To use the rented items/equipment safely and properly.

  • To return the rented items/equipment in the same condition as received, except for ordinary wear and tear.

Rental Company's Responsibilities:

  • To deliver the rented items/equipment to the specified location on the agreed-upon date and time.

  • To provide instructions for the proper use of the rented items/equipment.

7. Damages and Liability

  • The Renter agrees to be responsible for any damages to the rented items/equipment during the rental period.

  • The Rental Company shall not be liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of the rented items/equipment.

8. Insurance

  • The individual who is renting the venue, otherwise known as the Renter, is the one who bears full responsibility for the task of securing any type of liability insurance that may be required for the event.

  • The company from which the rental services are being procured does not extend or offer any form of insurance coverage that would be applicable for the event in question.

9. Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation by the Renter, the following refund policy applies:

  • Cancellation made more than 30 days before the event: Full refund of deposit.

  • Cancellation made between 15 and 30 days before the event: 50% refund of deposit.

  • Cancellation made less than 15 days before the event: No refund of deposit.

10. Governing Law

  • The terms, conditions, and any disputes or matters related to this Contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction and will be interpreted and determined following the laws of [State/Country].

11. Additional Terms and Conditions
