HVAC CONTRACT
This HVAC System Installation Contract is made and entered into on this [Contract Date], by and between [Client's Company Name], a commercial entity organized and existing under the laws of the [Client's State], with its head office located at [Client's Address] hereinafter referred to as "Client", and

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Service Provider shall provide and install a new energy-efficient HVAC system and any necessary components to Client's office building located at [Client's Address].
2. PROJECT TIMELINE
