Band Contract
This contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract"), is made and entered into on May 12, 2050, by and between, [Your Company Name] residing at 2052 Ruckman Road Oklahoma City, OK 73102 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer") and [Band Name] with address at 2907 Joes Road Greenwich, NY 12834 (hereinafter referred to as the "Artist").
1. Scope of Agreement
Organizer agrees to engage Artist and Artist agrees to perform live music entertainment for the event [Event Name] (hereinafter referred to as the "Event") to be held on the date of May 12, 2050, at 1840 Philli Lane Tulsa, OK 74136.
2. Performance Schedule
The Artist will play [Number of Sets] sets, each lasting approximately [Duration of Each Set].
3. Compensation
As full compensation for the services rendered by the Artist under this Agreement, the Organizer will pay the Artist a total fee of [Amount], payable via [Preferred Payment Method] by [Payment Date].
4. Technical Requirements
The Organizer will provide the Artist with the required sound, light, stage, and backstage facilities as outlined in the technical rider provided by the Artist.
5. Cancellation
If the Event is canceled for any reason not attributable to the Artist, the Organizer will pay the Artist a cancellation fee of [Cancellation Fee], payable within 5 days after the scheduled date of the Event.
6. Indemnification
Each party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other party and its agents, representatives, and employees from all claims, costs, damages, and liabilities resulting from their respective performances under this Agreement.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Event is being held.
8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement is the final, complete, and exclusive agreement of the parties for the subject matter hereof and supersedes and merges all prior discussions between the parties for such subject matter.
