Content Creator Contract

This Content Creator Contract ("Contract") is entered into on [DATE], between [CLIENT'S NAME], located at [CLIENT'S ADDRESS] ("Client"), and [YOUR NAME], located at [YOUR ADDRESS] ("Content Creator"). This Contract shall govern the terms and conditions of the content creation services provided by the Content Creator to the Client.

1. Services:

1.1 Scope of Service

The Content Creator agrees to provide content creation services as outlined below:

Writing blog posts and articles related to the Client's industry.
Creating graphics and visuals for social media posts.
Managing the Client's social media accounts, including content scheduling and engagement

2. Deliverables:

2.1 Description of deliverables

The Content Creator shall deliver the following deliverables to the Client:

Two blog posts per week, each consisting of a minimum of 800 words.
Five custom graphics per week for social media posts.
Daily monitoring and engagement on the Client's social media platforms.

3. Payment Terms:

3.1 Compensation

In consideration for the Services rendered, the Client shall pay the Content Creator a monthly fee of $3000.

3.2 Payment Schedule

Payment shall be made within 15 days of receipt of invoice.

3.3 Late Payment

Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month.

4. Rights and Ownership:

4.1 Ownership of Content

The Client shall have full ownership rights to the content created by the Content Creator under this Contract.

4.2 Intellectual Property Rights

The Content Creator agrees not to claim any rights to the content created under this Contract, including but not limited to copyright or intellectual property rights.

5. Confidentiality:

5.1 Confidential Information

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the term of this Contract.

5.2 Non-Disclosure Agreement

The Content Creator shall not disclose any confidential information of the Client to any third party without the prior written consent of the Client.

6. Termination:

6.1 Termination Clause

Either party may terminate this Contract with 30 days' notice in writing for any reason.

6.2 Payment upon Termination

Upon termination, the Client shall pay the Content Creator for any Services rendered up to the date of termination.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

7.1 Applicable Law

This Contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

7.2 Dispute Resolution Mechanism

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

8. Entire Agreement:

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
