Event Planning Contract

This Event Planning Contract (the "Contract") is entered into and effective this [Date] (the "Effective Date"), by and between [Your Company Name], a company incorporated under the law of [Your Company Jurisdiction], with its principal place of business at [Your Company Address], represented by [Your Name], (hereinafter, "Party A") and [Party B Company Name], a company incorporated under the law of [Party B Jurisdiction], with its principal place of business at [Party B Address], represented by [Party B Representative Name], (hereinafter, "Party B") (collectively, the "Parties").

1. Services

Party A agrees to provide event planning services for a corporate conference organized by Party B. These services include but are not limited to, event design, timing, venue selection, catering, entertainment, coordination with third-party vendors, event branding, and marketing.

2. Payment

Party B agrees to pay Party A the agreed sum of [Payment Amount], payable by the schedule outlined in Exhibit A (Payment Terms).

3. Venue Selection

Party A agrees to select the event venue, subject to the approval of Party B.

4. Catering and Entertainment

Party A will ensure the provision of suitable catering and entertainment services for the event that aligns with the stated preferences and budget of Party B.

5. Termination

Either Party may terminate this Contract with [Notice Period] written notice should there be a breach of contract.

6. Liability

Party A will not be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that may affect the execution of the event, including but not limited to poor weather conditions, third-party cancellations or delays, or other force majeure events.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of this Contract shall be resolved amicably through negotiations or, failing this, through arbitration in [Arbitration Venue] under the laws of [Governing Law].
