Freelance Job Contract

1. Introduction

This Freelance Job Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") is made and entered into as of [Date], between:

3.3 Specifications for Deliverables

The freelancer will provide PSD files, necessary images in suitable formats, and up to three design revisions. Extra revisions will entail a stipulated fee.

4. Payment Terms

In consideration for the services rendered, the Client agrees to compensate the Freelancer in the amount of [Compensation Amount], payable according to the following schedule:

4.1 Payment Schedule:

Pay 25% at contract signing, another 50% after the initial design approval, and the remaining 25% upon final delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

The Freelancer grants the Client a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use any deliverables created under this Contract for the Client's internal business purposes.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the term of this Contract. This includes but is not limited to, trade secrets, business plans, financial information, and customer data.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Contract upon [Notice Period] days' written notice to the other party in the event of a material breach of its terms. Termination shall not relieve either party of any obligations accrued before the effective date of termination.

8. Dispute Resolution
