Pest Control Agreement

This Pest Control Agreement (the "Agreement") is made effective from April 12, 2054, and is entered between [RECIPIENT'S NAME] (the "Client") residing at [CLIENT'S ADDRESS] and [YOUR NAME] (the "Service Provider") located at [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS].

1. Description of Services

The Service Provider shall provide pest control services (the "Services") to the Client as per the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Such services will include an integrated pest management approach focusing primarily on identifying and eliminating the sources of pest problems rather than extensive pesticide use.

2. Payment
