Job Title: Restaurant Line Cook
Job Summary/Objective
The Restaurant Line Cook will be chiefly responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of hot and cold dishes while adhering to the established recipes and presentation techniques. You will effectively collaborate with our kitchen team, maintain inventory, and promptly address any emerging issues in our kitchen line operations.
Responsibilities and Duties

Prepare ingredients by chopping, peeling, cutting, slicing, and mixing to support the creation of diverse dishes.

Manage the appliances, grills, hotplates, and ovens to make different styles of food including, grilling, boiling, frying, and baking.

Ensure the dishes’ quality, observe the presentation accurately, and diligently adhere to serving guidelines.

Ensure the kitchen area, appliances, and utensils are properly cleaned and maintained.

Contribute to maintaining adequate inventory levels, limit wastage, and aid in cost control measures.
Qualifications

High School Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Completion of a culinary training program would be a distinctive advantage.

Knowledge and understanding of food safety regulations.
