Management Trainee

JOB SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE

4. Attend regular trainings and meetings to obtain management theory.

5. Assist in the planning and execution of business tactics to drive restaurant sales and profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or Restaurant Management preferred.

• Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus, but not required.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must be willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
