You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure our business runs smoothly and customers experience excellent service.

  1. Assisting the Restaurant Manager in running the restaurant.

  2. Providing excellent waiting service to ensure customer satisfaction.

  3. Delegating tasks to restaurant staff and supervising their performance.

  4. Maintaining high-quality customer service and promoting the restaurant's image.

  5. Resolving problems efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

Candidates must have at least two years of experience in the food and beverage industry, ideally within similar restaurant settings. Formal education in hospitality management is preferred. Applicant’s age must be 18 years old and above.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to handle stress and stay level-headed during busy periods.

  • Able to handle cash, manage finances, and use restaurant software.

  • Flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts.
