Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

Job Summary/Objective:

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning foundations and nurturing the social development of our youngsters. With your expertise, you will help us propagate an enriching, fun, and safe learning environment that fosters academic and personal development excellence in our students.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Develop and execute age-appropriate curriculum and educational activities.

2. Track the intellectual and emotional development of the kids and devise action plans when needed.

3. Ensure a safe, positive, and productive environment for the children to learn and grow.

4. Engage parents in their child’s learning journey and maintain good communication.

5. Contribute to the continuing improvement of our educational practices.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

• Teachers Certification, especially in Early Childhood Education.

• First Aid and CPR Certification would be an advantage.

• Possessing knowledge of Reggio Emilia, Montessori or Waldorf educational approaches would be great.

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated a patient, engaging, and adaptive teaching approach.

• Able to encourage creativity and higher-order thinking to increase children's performance.

• Sound decision-making and organizational skills.

• Passionate about children and teaching.
