In this role, as a Restaurant Server Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and training servers, coordinating reservations, meeting customer needs, and working with kitchen staff to ensure customer satisfaction. You are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, efficiency, and service in our restaurant.
Supervise and train restaurant servers, ensuring efficient and professional service at all times.
Organize and manage seating arrangements, as well as handle complex reservation systems.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns swiftly and effectively.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize service speed and ensure the highest quality of dishes served.
Oversee the maintenance of the cleanliness and safety of the restaurant area.
A minimum of an Associate's Degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management is essential for this role. Previous server experience, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment, is necessary. Management or supervisory experience is highly beneficial but not a must.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, reservation platforms, and customer service strategies.
Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with grace.
