Job Title: Activity Director

Job Summary/Objective:

The primary role of the Activity Director is to plan, coordinate, and execute activities that cater to the interests and needs of our clientele. This individual will use their imagination and creativity to organize events and programs that are engaging, entertaining, and beneficial to the physical and mental health of our clients. The Activity Director plays a vital role in promoting social interaction, physical activity, and a vibrant community atmosphere.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Plan and implement a variety of activities that cater to a diverse client demand.
Coordinate with internal and external parties to organize event logistics.
Manage the activity budget and negotiate contracts with service providers.
Facilitate games, workshops, and social gatherings to promote connectivity within the community.
Evaluate program effectiveness and continually develop the activities program to meet client needs.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Recreation, Event Planning, or a related field is required.
A minimum of three years experience in event planning, program development, or community services.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent multitasking and communication abilities.
A creative mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills.
