Disposal

Disposal of chemicals will strictly adhere to local regulations and best practices. The Employee shall not dispose of chemicals in an unauthorized or environmentally harmful manner.

VI. EMERGENCY RESPONSE

Training

The Employee shall be familiar with emergency response procedures, including evacuation routes, the location of emergency eyewash and shower stations, and methods for containing chemical spills.

Drills

The Employee will participate in regular emergency drills and training sessions to ensure preparedness for any chemical-related emergencies.

VII. CONTRACT TERMINATION

This Contract may be terminated by either party with written notice. Termination does not absolve the Employee of their responsibility to ensure the safe handling of chemicals up to the date of termination.

VIII. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

Both parties shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to chemical handling, storage, and disposal.

IX. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Contract represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
