Diversity Task Force Charter
The Diversity Task Force (DTF) is established to promote and enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization. The creation of this task force is in response to our commitment to fostering a more diverse and inclusive workplace.
Purpose
The purpose of the Diversity Task Force is to champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and create a more inclusive environment where all employees can thrive.
Objectives
The DTF will strive to achieve the following objectives:

Scope
The DTF's scope includes all aspects related to diversity and inclusion within our organization, including recruitment, training, policies, and workplace culture.

Leadership

Meeting Schedule
The DTF will meet monthly, with additional meetings scheduled as needed. Meetings will be conducted virtually and will follow an agenda distributed in advance. Decision-making will be by consensus, and a quorum will consist of at least two-thirds of the members.
Resources
