Travel Reward Contract

This Travel Reward Contract ("Contract") is entered into on this 21st day of May 2054 by and between [Your Name] ("Traveler") and Knutson Travel Services ("Provider").

Background

The Traveler desires to receive travel rewards and benefits from the Provider in exchange for fulfilling certain obligations, and the Provider is willing to offer such rewards and benefits on the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract.

Terms and Conditions

1. Rewards

1.1 The Provider agrees to provide the Traveler with the following travel rewards and benefits as specified in the Travel Reward Program:

• Free Flights: The Traveler may receive complimentary round-trip or one-way flights to specific destinations.

• Hotel Accommodations: The Traveler may enjoy free or heavily discounted stays at partner hotels or resorts.

• Upgrades: The Traveler may receive complimentary upgrades to business class or first class when booking flights.

1.2 The Traveler acknowledges that the rewards and benefits are subject to availability and may be subject to change by the Provider at its discretion. The Traveler shall have no claim against the Provider for any changes to the rewards and benefits.

2. Obligations of the Traveler

2.1 To be eligible for the rewards and benefits, the Traveler shall:

• Age Requirement: The Traveler must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Travel Reward Program.

• Membership: The Traveler must be a registered member of the Provider's loyalty or rewards program.

• Minimum Spending: The Traveler must meet a minimum spending requirement on eligible purchases using a specified credit card or payment method to qualify for rewards.

2.2 The Traveler shall use the rewards and benefits in accordance with the terms and conditions specified by the Provider and any applicable laws and regulations.

2.3 The Traveler shall provide accurate and complete information to the Provider when redeeming rewards and benefits and shall promptly inform the Provider of any changes to their contact information.

2.4 The Traveler shall not transfer, sell, or assign the rewards and benefits to any third party without the prior written consent of the Provider.

3. Redemption of Rewards

3.1 The Traveler may redeem the rewards and benefits by following the redemption process specified by the Provider.

3.2 The Provider may require the Traveler to pay applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges associated with the rewards and benefits.

4. Termination

4.1 This Contract shall remain in effect until terminated by either party in writing.

4.2 The Provider may terminate this Contract and revoke any unredeemed rewards and benefits if the Traveler breaches any of the obligations set forth in this Contract.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 The Traveler shall keep confidential any proprietary information provided by the Provider related to the Travel Reward Program.

6. Governing Law

6.1 This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas.

7. Entire Agreement

7.1 This Contract contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.

8. Amendment

8.1 This Contract may be amended only in writing and signed by both parties.

9. Notices

9.1 Any notice or communication required or permitted under this Contract shall be in writing and delivered to the respective addresses of the parties as specified below:
