Confidentiality
The HR will treat all nominations and deliberations related to Special Achievement Awards with the utmost confidentiality. Only the HR will disclose any information regarding nominees and the deliberation process to authorized personnel.
Appeals
Employees who believe that the HR or an employee has unfairly denied a Special Achievement Award may submit a written appeal to the HR department within 5 days of the award announcement. The HR department will conduct a review and provide a written response to the appeal within 2 days.
